Work Comp Help Desk
The Department of Labor and Industry's (DLI) Work Comp Help Desk offers live support from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you call outside of office hours, leave a voicemail message and a staff member will respond within 24 hours.
The help desk team is available to answer basic questions related to Work Comp Campus and route more complex questions to subject matter experts. Due to frequent inquiries, the subject matter experts may require additional time to answer questions, resolve issues and get back to customers.
