Workers' Compensation Division Help Desk

The Department of Labor and Industry's (DLI's) Worker's Compensation Division Help Desk live support is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you are calling outside of office hours, leave a voicemail message and a staff member will respond to you within 24 hours.

The Help Desk team is available to answer basic questions related to Campus and route more complex questions to subject matter experts. Due to a large volume of inquiries, the subject matter experts may require additional time to answer questions, resolve issues and get back to customers.

Staff members can also provide information about future Campus events and helpful resources on DLI’s website.
