Governor's Committee on the Compensation, Wellbeing, and Fair Treatment of Transportation Network Company Drivers
The Governor’s Committee on the Compensation, Wellbeing, and Fair Treatment of Transportation Network Company Drivers was created by Executive Order 23-07. The committee comprises 15 members, 10 of whom are appointed by the governor.
This committee will analyze the working conditions of transportation network company (TNC) drivers and provide recommendations for state policy and legislative changes related to compensation and fair treatment of TNC drivers. The committee will provide these recommendations by Jan. 1, 2024.
Meetings
The committee will meet at least once a month. The meeting schedule is provided below.
