Workplace posters
Minnesota law requires employers to display certain posters in a location where employees can easily see them.
The posters are available at no cost and need to be updated only when Minnesota law changes. Sign up to be notified when Minnesota posters have been updated.
Employee notices and handbook requirements
In addition, some Minnesota labor laws require employers to provide written notice to employees and to include certain notices in an employee handbook if one is provided.
These requirements are separate from workplace posting requirements. Learn more on the Employee notices and handbook requirements page.
