The Department of Labor and Industry will host the 2026 Workers' Compensation Summit on Thursday, Oct. 22. Plan to join us and watch for additional communications about registration and becoming a speaker, sponsor or exhibitor for this event.

About the Summit

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry's ninth Workers' Compensation Summit will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton Minneapolis Airport in Bloomington, Minnesota. This one-day event is geared toward all workers' compensation stakeholders, including attorneys, employers, insurers, medical providers, rehabilitation providers, public officials and others.

The 2026 Workers' Compensation Summit is sponsored by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry and the Minnesota Workers' Compensation Advisory Council. No taxpayer dollars will be used to fund this event.
