• Minnesota Workers' Compensation System Report – published August 2026

This annual report presents trend data from 2004 to the present regarding several aspects of Minnesota's workers' compensation system:  claims, benefits and costs; vocational rehabilitation; and disputes and dispute resolution. Its purpose is to use available statistics to describe the current status and direction of workers' compensation in Minnesota and to offer explanations, where possible, for recent developments.

The report includes COVID-19 claims with injury dates during calendar-year 2020 through 2024 and filed through September 2025.
