Work comp: Become a rehabilitation provider

A qualified rehabilitation consultant (QRC) is a vocational rehabilitation counselor who is registered with the Department of Labor and Industry. To become a QRC, an individual must create an account in Work Comp Campus and submit an initial rehabilitation provider individual registration. (The quick reference guide Rehabilitation provider registration and renewal provides instructions about how to complete the application.) The individual must also complete a one- to three-year internship, during which they must become either a:

• Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC); or a

• Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS).
