Approved broadband installer training providers

State law requires the commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI), in consultation with the Office of Broadband Development, to approve standards for a Safety-Qualified Underground Telecommunications Installer Certification Program. 

The groups below are DLI-recognized training providers able to certify installers who meet the training and exam requirements, provide certification cards and maintain records of certified installers.
