This project is covered by Minnesota prevailing-wage statutes. Wage rates listed below are the minimum hourly rates to be paid on this project.
All hours worked in excess of eight hours a day or 40 hours a week shall be paid at a rate of one-and-one-half times the basic hourly rate. Note: Overtime pay after eight hours a day on the project must be paid even if the worker does not exceed 40 hours in the work week.
