Join Apprenticeship Minnesota and Patricia Jesperson with EmployeeEXP for a three-part series taking place over three months about how to make your organization more diverse, inclusive and equitable. Discussion topics will include how to strengthen outreach and recruitment to diversify your hiring pool, how to sustain a culture of equity and inclusion, what job performance and retention look like within a diverse workforce and how registered apprenticeship can support this.
