New 'ePlans' system begins April 4, 2022

As of April 4, 2022:

  • All Interstate Industrialized Building Commission (IIBC) modular plan reviews will be submitted through a new ePlans system.

  • All applicants must use ePlans for the IIBC plan review process.

  • This means, CCLD is no longer able to accept paper applications, plans, specifications, calculations, and/or applicable submittal documents.

  • Applicant must first log into the iMS system account to register their application and obtain an IIBC plan review number.

Register in iMS to obtain an IIBC plan review number.

IMPORTANT:  The email address you provided during the set-up of your iMS account, will be your User ID in the iMS system. It will also be used for all project communications and cannot be changed later. You may register with a shared email address if multiple staff from your organization will be monitoring projects.  View instructions about how to create an account in iMS.

Quality control manual and building systems documents for review

Quality control and building systems documents are processed through iMS. Users must create an account to make application or pay for IIBC Plan Reviews plan, system or quality control review. Existing payment accounts created through U.S. Bank will continue to work.
