The Board of Electricity adopts the electrical code, including any amendments; adopts rules that regulate the licensure or registration of the electrical industry; and issues final interpretations of the electrical code. Its 11 members are appointed by the governor.
Board meetings begin at 9 a.m. There will be no in-person meetings due to the current status of the state of Minnesota operating under the COVID-19 health pandemic.
