About Minnesota Dual-Training Pipeline

Minnesota's economy is booming but finding talent in today's tight labor market is a challenge for many employers. Dual training is an employer-driven solution to provide employees with the skills they need to succeed at work.

The Minnesota Dual-Training Pipeline team at the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry supports employers as they create or enhance competency based dual-training programs where workers receive a combination of related instruction paired with on-the-job training.
