Workplace Rights Week

Workplace Rights Week in Minnesota (Sept. 21-27, 2025) is an opportunity to educate workers and employers about their rights and responsibilities in the workplace. Safe and healthy workplaces are what make our economy and communities strong, and it’s important Minnesotans understand their workplace rights and are empowered to assert those rights.

Join us for a week of webinars, a Q&A and information about workplace rights and protections.

• Tuesday, Sept. 23, from 3-4 p.m.: Webinar — Workplace rights and responsibilities in Minnesota. Register for the webinar.

• Martes 23 de septiembre, 5-6 p.m.:  Seminario web — Derechos laborales de los trabajadores en Minnesota: Horas extras, robo de salarios, deducciones y más. Regístrate para el seminario web.

• Wednesday, Sept. 24, from noon to 12:30 p.m.: Facebook Live Q&A — Wage and hour rights in Minnesota. No registration required. Watch on the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Facebook page.

• Thursday, Sept. 25, from 10-11 a.m.: Webinar — Workplace laws for small businesses. Register for the webinar.

2024 highlights

During Workplace Rights Week 2024, we visited more than 1,000 worksites in 29 cities, hosted webinars and joined Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan at a worksite event.
