Workers' compensation vocational rehabilitation registration; Minnesota Rules, Chapter 5220
The Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) is considering amendments to the vocational rehabilitation rules in Minnesota Rules, Chapter 5220. Specifically, DLI is considering changes to the rules governing the registration of rehabilitation providers, including: amending the definitions of terms in Minnesota Rules, part 5220.0100; amending or repealing Minnesota Rules, parts 5220.1400, 5220.1500, 5220.1600 and 5220.1700; and adopting new rules to replace any that are repealed.

Interested persons or groups may submit comments or information about these possible rules in writing until further notice is published in the State Register that the department intends to adopt or withdraw the rules.
