Specific goals of the Minnesota OSHA Compliance partnership programs
To reduce by 3% annually (see MNOSHA's strategic plan) the number of injuries, illnesses and fatalities affecting participant employers, with a focus on eliminating injuries and fatalities resulting from those hazards that are the four leading causes of death on construction sites (falls, struck-by, caught in or between, and electrocutions).

I am the director of the Certified Boiler Engineers for The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and have conducted an inspection of a boiler explosion of an antique boiler at Medina, Ohio. This inspection and evaluation was conducted at the request of Medina County Sheriff Neil F. Hassinger and Lt. John Detchon. (This explosion occurred on July 29,2001)
