The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI), Labor Standards Division, is proposing to adopt rules that would update Minnesota prevailing wage labor codes to establish a permanent separate carpentry labor code for limited types of projects by adding a subpart 4a covering wood frame carpentry.
