Earned sick and safe time letter to employers

The Department of Labor and Industry recently mailed an informational letter to employers in Minnesota to make sure they are aware of their workplace responsibilities under the earned sick and safe time (ESST) law, which went into effect Jan. 1, 2024, as well as resources available to assist them.
