ePlans upgrade: Feb. 7, 2022

  • HTML5 browsers such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge are recommended for accessing ePlans. 

  • The setup for Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox and other HTML5 browsers only require that pop-ups be allowed for the ePlans site.

  • The biggest change users will experience is on the ePlans homepage, which is now a Task portal. See the "What's new in ePlans 9.2" in the user guide section below.

  • Users can now complete file uploads from within task eforms.

  • The User Guide sections found below have been updated for the new version of ProjectDox.

  • If you choose to use Internet Explorer, please follow the instructions in the System Setup section of the User Guide. The new version of ProjectDox requires the installation of updated components for Internet Explorer users only.

Notes about ePlans

  • System setup must be completed before using ePlans. View the System Setup section below for instructions.

  • View more information about the plan review application process.

  • User accounts are created automatically after your plan review application is processed. You do not create an account as part of the system set-up process.

If plan corrections are required, this document will show you how to review and respond to the comments that were made during plan review and upload revised drawings and documents.

Download Approved Plans
When plan review is complete, plans are electronically stamped and the applicant is sent an email indicating that plans are available for download. Follow the steps in this guide to download your approved drawings and documents.
