Rulemaking docket for Minnesota Rules Chapter 7511
The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry, in cooperation with the State Fire Marshal Division, requests comments on its possible amendment to Minnesota Rules, chapter 7511, “Fire Code.” The Department is considering rule amendments that incorporate by reference the 2018 edition of the International Fire Code, with amendments, and any other amendments necessary to administer and enforce the fire code in Minnesota.
