Minnesota Rules, Chapter 1322, Residential Energy Code

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry requests comments on its possible amendment to Minnesota Rules, chapter 1322, Residential Energy Code. The Department is considering rule amendments that incorporate by reference chapter 11 “Energy Efficiency” of the 2024 edition of the International Residential Code, with amendments, and any other amendments that are necessary to administer and enforce the code for residential construction.
