Do you perform septic system work? Contractors who install subsurface sewage treatment systems (SSTS) are licensed by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). Contractors licensed by MPCA don't need to file a pipe-laying bond with us. They will file their bond with MPCA only. If you are licensed by MPCA, do not renew your bond with us. Submit your $25,000 SSTS bond to MPCA. What if I don't do septic system work?
