Residential Energy Code Technical Advisory Group (TAG)
The Residential Energy Code TAG meetings have concluded. Updates about the adoption of the rule will be posted on the rulemaking docket.
Prohibited work for workers under age 18
The commissioner of the Department of Labor and Industry has established some occupations as hazardous for workers under the age of 18. Additionally, there is work that is prohibited for minors under the age of 16. Those under the age of 18 are prohibited from the following work.
