Aug. 20, 2026
Registration for exhibitors and sponsors is now open for the 2026 Workers’ Compensation Summit on Oct. 22, 2026. The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) is using Cvent, a web application, to manage registration and allow exhibitors and sponsors to create a virtual booth where attendees can access information about their organization.
Exhibitor registration
The exhibitor's fee is $1,500 and includes:
-
a physical booth at the event;
-
a virtual booth on Cvent that attendees can visit during the event;
-
your logo featured on Cvent; and
-
two event attendee registrations (booth members).

Sponsor registration
The sponsor's fee is $750 and includes:

Registration confirmation
After you register, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t have all the information for your included attendee registrations at signup, you can update your registration later using the link in that email.
Watch for future communication from DLI inviting you to access the Exhibitor and Sponsor Portal, where you can create your virtual booth and profile for attendees.
If you have questions about being an exhibitor or sponsor for the 2026 Workers’ Compensation Summit, or if you experience issues with registration, email the DLI event coordinators at conference.dli@state.mn.us.
