Rehabilitation registration and renewal payments

To help ease issues and simplify the process for qualified rehabilitation consultant (QRC) and rehabilitation vendor registration and renewal, the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry would like to share the following reminders. 

Rate increase for registration and renewal 

The costs for registration and renewal increased to $140 for individual QRCs and QRC interns, and $280 for QRC firms and rehabilitation vendors. This increase went into effect earlier this year. 

Rehabilitation vendor registration payment dates, process and late fees 

Renewal of rehabilitation vendor registration must be submitted in Work Comp Campus at least 60 days before the current registration expires. Payment of the registration fee must be made at that time. Late fees may apply if registrations and payments are submitted after this time.  

Late fees are accrued according to the chart below. 

Important information regarding payments 

• Payments for registration and renewal are only accepted by check at this time.  

• When submitting the check, be sure to identify the check is for QRC/firm registration and include the QRC/firm number. Sending a check without this clarifying information will delay processing time and may lead to return of the check to sender.
