About the position
The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) unit seeks a workers' compensation mediator/arbitrator. This position will work primarily conducting administrative conferences, analyzing complex workers' compensation issues, educating customers regarding dispute resolution strategies and providing certification of disputes regarding medical and vocational rehabilitation benefits. This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
