Plan review, permit and inspection update Plan review:  Electronic plans and paper plans submitted prior to March 27, 2020, will continue to be reviewed. Paper plans submitted after March 27, 2020, will not be processed until the Stay at Home order is lifted. For the quickest review, submit plans online.
Note: The Department of Labor and Industry used the first printing of each of the 2012 ICC Codes to develop the rules. The ICC errata (i.e. corrections and changes) apply to all of the 2015 Minnesota ICC Codes.  There are also Minnesota errata that apply to the 2015 Minnesota ICC Codes (see below).

Second offering Purpose During the first application period of the 2024 BOT grants, there were eight grants available and five were awarded (see first offering below). Now, a second application period is open to allow competition for the remaining three grants. Application period The application period for the second offering of the 2024 BOT Grant program opens Feb. 12, 2024, and ends at 4 p.m., March 1, 2024.

On May 24, 2023, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz signed into law a requirement that the Minnesota State Building Code include provisions for adult changing facilities in new building construction.
