Occupational Safety and Health Review Board
The Occupational Safety and Health Review Board was created in 1973, by
Minnesota Statutes 182.664 to issue decisions involving
untimely contested OSHA citations and proposed penalty cases, and to review appeals of administrative law judge orders involving OSHA
citations.
