DLI - MNOSHA'S Focus: Top Four Construction Hazards
According to OSHA, 90 percent of all worker deaths in highway heavy construction are falls, electrocution, struck-by object and caught-in/between. Eighty-five percent of all citations and 90 percent of dollars applied as fines are related to these areas. To help mitigate these risks, this presentation helps target contributing factors and attempts to give participants preventative strategies to eliminate these hazards in the workplace.
