The Workers' Compensation Insurers' Task Force is an organized body of representatives of insurance companies that write workers' compensation insurance within the state of Minnesota and those employers who self-insure for their workers' compensation coverage.

There is no statutory authority vested in this body; any recommendations that are forwarded to the commissioner are nonbinding. However, the department values the input from the Workers' Compensation Insurers' Task Force.
In 2010, meetings are scheduled for March 17, May 19, Sept. 15 and Nov. 17, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. The meetings are at the Department of Labor and Industry, 443 Lafayette Road N., St. Paul, in the Minnesota Room. For more information, e-mail Julie Klejewski or call her at (651) 284-5018.
