The department's workers' compensation telephone hotline is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Specialists from DLI's Alternative Dispute Resolution unit provide free workers' compensation information and assistance to all parties to help prevent disputes from developing. When disputes do occur, the specialists try to resolve them quickly by using dispute-resolution strategies.
