Minnesota Rules
For dates of service from Oct. 1, 2011, through Sept. 30, 2012, the conversion factors are as follows:
- for medical/surgical services in part 5221.4030: $68.84;
- for pathology/laboratory services in part 5221.4040: $40.55;
- for physical medicine/rehabilitation services in part 5221.4050: $53.61; and
- for chiropractic services in part 5221.4060: $54.76.

For dates of service from Oct. 1, 2010, through Sept. 30, 2011, the conversion factors are as follows:
- for medical/surgical services in part 5221.4030: $67.23;
- for pathology/laboratory services in part 5221.4040: $39.60;
- for physical medicine/rehabilitation services in part 5221.4050: $52.35; and
- for chiropractic services in part 5221.4060: $53.48.
Permanent partial disability (PPD) rules
Recent changes: The Notice of Adoption of amendments to the permanent partial disability
schedule, in Minnesota Rules chapter 5223, was published in the
State Register Aug. 2 (p. 138). The final rule amendments as
adopted became effective Aug. 9, 2010. The adopted amendments are the same
as the
amendments originally proposed.

Recent changes: The Notice of Adoption of
amendments to the permanent treatment parameter rules in Minnesota Rules
chapter 5221 was published in the
State Register Aug. 2 (p. 138). These amendments are effective Aug.
9, 2010. The Notice of Adoption identifies three minor changes to the rule
amendments as proposed;
