Research and Statistics -- Workers' Compensation Dispute Issue Tracking Study

The Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) began an issue-tracking project in the fall of 2006. The project tracks individual dispute issues through the dispute-resolution system, using a database and coding structure separate from the main DLI workers' compensation database. The project has been tracking medical and rehabilitation disputes filed in 2003 and in 2007 and claim petition disputes filed in 2003.
