6. How can I file a complaint?
The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry's Prevailing Wage Section accepts
complaints involving nonpayment of prevailing wages for work performed under a
contract funded in whole or in part with state funds. If any employee suspects
their employer has not compensated them appropriately, the employee can complete
the complaint form below and submit it to DLI's St. Paul office.
