Question:

What procedures are required to inspect and enforce the residential foundation system requirements such as reinforcement, insulation, drain tile, etc.?

Answer:

Under UBC Section 108.7, the Building Official has the authority to require any inspection deemed necessary to ascertain compliance with the provisions that are enforced by the code enforcement agency.
