| Effective September 20, 2004, the Minnesota State
Building Code adopted the following for the statewide mechanical code:
Chapter 1346, Adoption of and amendments to '2000' International
Mechanical Code and '2000' International Fuel Gas Code. Chapter 1346 is
online at DLI's building codes Web page. International Mechanical Code '2000', International Fuel Gas Code '2000' may be obtained by contacting the ia.state.mn.us/bookstore/bookstore.asp">Minnesota Book Store at 651-297-3000 or by contacting the International Code Council. A Prefabricated (Chapter 1360) or Industrialized Modular Building (Chapter 1361) building starting in production on April 1, 2005, must comply with the adopted IMC, IFGC, and MN amendments. |
